Why Wyzo

Everything under one roof

What Wyzo does for a buyer, in four parts.

Ask in your own language

Search by chatting in 27 languages, ask about several listings at once, and have a specialist confirm what the data can't.

Write what you are looking for the way you would say it — a budget, an area, a number of bedrooms — in any of 27 languages, and keep changing your mind in the same conversation. Pin up to four listings and ask about them together: how their payment plans differ, or which suits you better. When the answer is not in the data, note the question for a specialist and it goes with your enquiry. Nobody asks you to create an account first.

See what a price is worth

Each listing set against the Dubai Land Department's registered sales nearby, and real prices per area in the areas guide.

A listing's page compares its asking price per square foot with what similar ready homes nearby actually sold for, from the Dubai Land Department's registered sales, and says how many sales that rests on. The areas guide shows the same figures for every community we list, and in the search you can ask whether a price is good and get the figures as a chart. Where there are not enough registered sales to go by, we say so rather than guess.

Know the full cost up front

Payment plans and handover quarters to filter by, fees and a mortgage added up, rent or buy, and prices in 14 currencies.

Filter off-plan projects by how the payments fall (60/40, 80/20…) and by the quarter they are handed over. Every listing adds up what buying it costs — the Dubai Land Department's 4% registration fee, the developer's fees, a mortgage if you need one — and weighs buying against renting. Prices show in 14 currencies at the day's rate, and each listing says whether it meets the threshold for a Golden Visa. The figures are estimates, and a specialist confirms them.

Never miss a listing

Save a search to see its new listings and price drops. When you enquire, a specialist calls you with a summary of your search.

Save the search you are interested in and your profile shows the new listings that match it, and the ones whose price has dropped since you last looked. When you press “I'm interested”, a specialist from a licensed brokerage calls you, one who speaks your language where there is one, with a short summary of what you searched for, so nobody asks you everything again.
