Wyzo is a website for finding off-plan property in Dubai. It lists projects, answers questions through an automated search assistant, and passes your enquiry to a licensed brokerage who contacts you. By using the site you accept these terms.

Prices, availability, payment plans and handover dates come from developers and brokerages and can change without notice. Everything on a listing, including the PDF brochure and presentation, is indicative and is not an offer. A Wyzo specialist confirms the figures before you commit to anything.

The search assistant is automated. It can misunderstand a request or make a mistake, so check what matters to you on the listing itself or with a specialist. Its answers are not financial, legal or investment advice.

The mortgage, purchase-cost and rent-or-buy calculators and the market figures are estimates. They are worked out from Dubai Land Department fees and registered sales, which can be out of date. A mortgage depends on the lender's own decision. Converted prices use the day's exchange rate and are approximate.

When you send an enquiry we assign it to a licensed brokerage, and a broker there contacts you. Any agreement to buy is between you, the brokerage and the seller or developer. [To be confirmed: Wyzo's responsibility for the brokerages it assigns, and any fees]

Keep your password to yourself and give us accurate contact details. We can close an account that is used to send false enquiries or to misuse the site.

Please do not:

• copy listings in bulk or access the site with automated tools;
• send enquiries in someone else's name;
• try to get around the site's security or rate limits.

Listing photos, plans and brochures belong to their developers or owners. You may save and share the PDFs for your own purchase decision.
