We only collect what you give us and what the site needs to work:

• When you enquire about a property: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your message, the listings you asked about and the language you used. We send a code to your phone to confirm the number is yours.
• When you create an account: your email address, name, phone number and password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form), plus what you keep in it: saved homes, saved searches, your enquiries and the preferences you fill in on your profile.
• When you use the search: what you type and the filters you choose. The conversation is kept in your browser for 24 hours after your last message; we do not store it on our servers. If you enquire about a property after it, the conversation and the listings you opened in it are sent with your enquiry, written up as a short summary for the brokerage, and then deleted: we keep the summary, not the conversation.
• When you ask us to sell your property: your contact details, the property's details and any photos or documents you attach.
• Technical data: your IP address is used, in the server's memory only, to limit how often forms can be sent. It is not saved to our database.

• To answer your enquiry and pass it to a licensed brokerage who contacts you.
• To find listings that match what you describe.
• To keep your saved homes, searches and preferences when you sign in on another device.
• To keep the site secure and stop spam.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. [To be confirmed: the legal basis for each use under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, for visitors in the EU, the GDPR]

• The brokerage your enquiry is assigned to and the broker there who handles it. They see your contact details, your message, the listings you asked about and, if you used the search before enquiring, the summary of it.
• Google (Gemini) reads the messages you type into the search so the assistant can understand them and reply, and writes the summary of your search that goes with an enquiry.
• Our hosting and database providers, who store the data on our behalf. [To be confirmed: names of the hosting, database, SMS and email providers]
• OpenFreeMap serves the maps, so it receives your IP address when a map is shown. It does not receive anything you type.
• Esri (ArcGIS) serves the map image in a listing's printable presentation, so it receives your IP address when you open one, and nothing you type.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@wyzo.ai.

We use no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. The site keeps a few things in your browser so they are there on your next visit:

• Language: a cookie named techmen.locale, kept for one year.
• Display choices: your currency and area unit.
• Your shortlist: saved homes, recently viewed listings and your profile answers.
• Sign-in: a session token while you are signed in.
• Your search conversations: kept for 24 hours after your last message, so the chat's link opens it again.
• This notice: whether you have closed the storage notice.

You can remove all of it by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
